Auscar is currently studying for his Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Strategic Management at Maseno University in Kenya. His last civil service assignment as the Chief of Staff and the Director of Communications for the County Government of Siaya that saw him coordinate local Government plans and work with all the Government Departments and other Community Stakeholders in resource mobilization and public relations gave him the necessary exposure of coordination of various individuals, entities and departments much required for related assignments. He has also worked as a Program Officer and Manager for Care International in Kenya and Child Fund International in Kenya where he was variously involved in community mobilization for increased uptake of Health Outcomes Projects for Malaria, Reproductive Health and HIV/AIDs in Siaya and Kisumu Counties in Kenya. He currently runs a private consultancy that helps organizations with skills in Strategy, Leadership and Development Programming. In community service, Auscar has served the Rotary Club of Siaya as President (2020-2021), as Director of Training (2021-2022) and as Director of the Club’s Public Relations (2022-2023 & 2023-2024).
