Who's elgible?

Any RAM-Global member, may nominate themselves or another RAM-Global member to get involved and participate on our board.

Election of directors and officers

RAM-Global’s Board of Directors appoints a Nominating Committee, which notifies members by phone or email. The committee accepts nominations for vacant or expiring Director positions until April 15th, after which nominations close. The committee may also offer its own nominees. Nominees must confirm their willingness to serve by a specified deadline.

Names of Director nominees and a voting ballot are sent to members at least 30 days before the annual meeting. Ballots must be returned to the Nominating Committee at least seven days before the meeting. The Committee tallies votes and announces newly elected directors before the meeting.

At the Annual General Meeting (held in May or June of each year) incoming Board members elect incoming officers who begin their term on July 1st. Vacancies in the Board or any office are filled by action of the Board.
